Is there any way to format a column so that if any info is entered into a
cell then its highlighted but if there is no info then nothing happens
ex. (INFO BLAH BLAH) would be black text w gold background
    (blank) would be black text w no background

I'm having a problem downloading files to Microsoft Excel 2003. It gives me
the option to open or save the file, the next screen is the file download
screen. It stays on that screen without downloading. That screens has

I checked the Help, and it tells me to add Send to Mail Recipient to my Quick
Access Toolbar, which I did, and it stays ghosted, so I can't actually use it.
The Knowledge Base seems to think it's because I'm not using Outlook, which

I am working with a large Excel file (over 2000 lines and 20 columns)
that is shared by at least five users in different offices who are
likely running different versions of Excel.  We are frustrated by the
fact that it often seems like saved data is missing.  For example,
incrementing numbers with preceeding zeros25 Sep 2007 00:25 GMT8
How do I get incrementing numbers with prececing zero's. e.g. 001, 002, etc.
e.g for printing ticket numbers. I can't find a cell format that suits. Is
there a format or formula.  I can't do it in page no's in word either.
