Can anyone give me a succinct way to match two sets of information relating
to names (as matching field(s)) and merging both sets of information on one
line to create a new full record for each name.
eg One worksheet contains Forename, Surname and various field containing

When I type September 1, 2007 as 09/01/07 excel formats it to 09-Jan-07.  Why
is that?  It didn't used to do this, it changed to this recently and I can't
find the option to change it back.

I want to have a cell equal the sum of two cells, only if the value of one of
the cells is greater than zero.  If the value of the cell is less than or
equal to 0, i want the value of the cell to equal 0.
