I have 2 problems in excel and I count with your help because i don't know the best way to solve them. 1 - I need to do something like a combobox from where i select one text from others. How do i do this? Is it possible to do it with lists?

I have a daily report that I am in the process of automating. The report needs to date sales from the day before, excluding the weekend. E.g. today is Friday 28th, the report is run for Thurs 27th. I can do this using the =TODAY()-1 function but this comes unstuck on Mondays,

I am currently using Excel 2007, and was able to create Pivot tables without a problem. However now when I highlight a range of data and click on Insert pivot table, there are no fields in the pivot table list for me to create the table.

I frequently need to calculate standard deviations (and standard errors) in my spreadsheets. I can input the functions manually, but wonder if it is possible to put a custom standard deviation button (linked to a macro?) on the toolbar, thereby saving a lot of mouse
