I want a formula that will count the cell if a certain font colour exists. I have 3 fonts - black, red and green font - and only want to count if black or green exist. Helpless.

all i am trying to reference worksheets using the INDIRECT function. e.g. Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3 i am using formula = indirect("sheet"&a1&"BJ102") to refer to one of the sheets. A1 will have either 1, 2, or 3 representing the sheet.
