I am doing a ranking (1,2,3,4) where 1 = 6 points, 2= 4.5 points, 3 = 3

Ever since I uninstalled Norton whenever I open a workbook in Excel, Excel
opens to a screen with no workbook visible.  Then I minimize Excel, then

I have used a vlookup to transfer data from spr 1 to spr 2. The problem is
that I want to now remove the VLOOKUP formulas from spr 2 so I am just left
