I copy a sheet from another workbook and paste it in the target workbook. I then close the source and get a message about a large amount of data on the clipboard. Is there a way to supress this message or clear the clipboard?

Given a 'master' (Excel) spreadsheet, which has been applied to several (or many) data sets. Then, changes are made to the master. Is there a way to apply those changes to the other, already-loaded spreadsheets, without needing to re-enter all the data?

I have a large spreadsheet that we need to update info all the way across 25-30 columns. We tried hiding columns but then when we changed data say in row W, it wouldn't let us unhide the other columns. Can we use freeze? Does anyone have a better idea.
