Over the last few days, I have sought and received help from the community.
The help has been with formulas requiring array answers.
Each time I try the cntr-shift-enter, an error appears in the middle of the
formula. e.g Mike gave me this fomula

Is there anyway of write a VBA script for a cell that says If for example on
sheet3 what ever b2 has in it add to b2 in sheet1 or or what ever is in
sheet3 B1 subtract ii from b2 on sheet1

A1= Apple            B1 =12
A2= Orange          B2 = 52
A3 = Orange          B3= 51
A4=Banana           B4=53

A1 =5                 B1=3
A2 =65
A3=12
...

I am looking some formula for following in A1
If B1 & C1 are blanks then in > A1 "Waiting"
If B1 has any value and C1 is blank then in > A1 "Go"
If B1 is blank and C1 has value then in > A1 "Back"

why do i need to register it? Can i use it without registering it? My search
doesn't even say its in the folder (system 32)

If I use the function =SUM(A#:F#), I will get a sum for a matrix. Now I would
like to substitute the #'s with formulas which calculate the row for each
column (A,F). Thereafter, I would like to copy the function with the formulas
to other cells.

1. Is that there is a limit coloum in one sheet ? A to IV & 1 to 65536 is
the maximun ? Can increase by any solution ?
2. How many sheets can have in one file ? Can increse sheets as many as
possible  by any solution ?

I just upgraded from the old 2000 Office Professional to 2007 Office
Standard.  The Mail Merge function will not work with my Excel files, in this
new version.  Bad news, since it is one of the major functions I require, for
publishing mailing lists.  It looks like this Christmas ...

Does anyone have any suggestions on why it takes so long to link cells from
different files?
I get a table 10 columns x 5000 rows, which is directly linked to another
file.

I have good old Office 2003.
My colleagues have Office 2007.
When I am sent an Excel file by email with cells filled with colours, the
colours are changed when I open the file.

I am not sure what is going on here and am interested in any feedback I can
