I have about 11,000 documents listed in a worksheet that are individually numbered, and want find duplicate entries in the worksheet. I need to create a formula that will allow me to see ONLY the duplicates.

I have a VLOOKUP and some of the results are #N/A as there is no data for that cell. I need to sum the rows of cells, including those with #N/A (those values would then be 0).When I try to add the results those error cells do not let me add up the other cells with real values.

Halfway through my final project Excel started acting weird on me. I've restarted and re-opened Excel but it's still doing the same thing. If I type in a number ie: 1500000 it turns it into 15000 If I type in 1,500000 it keeps it proper and displays 1,500,000

I had Office 97 running in a XP computer and Solver worked fine. My new Vista machine does not allow Solver, apparently. What can I do to get this useful feature back? I am a home user and would prefer not to buy another Office package. Alan C
