I have a group of engineers that have an excel sheet with a list of
hyperlinks linked to pdf files. The problem start when they move the excel
file + PDF's from one folder to another. When in new folder, the hyperlink
stoped working.

I finished a document in excel and when i was reviewing my finished product I
noticed that ther is dotted lines around the whole sheet! I checked and there
is no border. So i have no clue why they are ther or how to get them off!
None of the pages are like that in any of the ...

Is it possible to change decimal time into 24hour time? For example, 1.75
hours in decimal in CELL A1 into 1:45 in 24 hour time in CELL B1.
Also - how would I reverse it? For example 2:30 24 hour time into 2.5
decimal time.
