I have a group of engineers that have an excel sheet with a list of hyperlinks linked to pdf files. The problem start when they move the excel file + PDF's from one folder to another. When in new folder, the hyperlink stoped working.

Is it possible to change decimal time into 24hour time? For example, 1.75 hours in decimal in CELL A1 into 1:45 in 24 hour time in CELL B1. Also - how would I reverse it? For example 2:30 24 hour time into 2.5 decimal time.

My workbook is password protected and I no longer need that protection to open it. In EXCEL 2003 you could just go to file and type in the password and change options.
