I have a workbook where I make quotes in various currencies. Basically, if I make an offer in Euro's, it should take the price that I calculated in a cell, then divide it by the rate which I put in and then in the worksheet, it gives the answer to this formula.

When I edit a cell formatted as general, the format changes to text when I hit enter. I am seeking a way to stop this behavior.
