I have a pivot table with my Items in the rows, months in the colums, and my data is sum of sales. I want to sort by the most recent month. I changed the sort from using the items to using the Sum of Sales and it re-sorts but I have no idea what month it is using to sort?

I have a series of cells containing time spent. When I sum them up, it is >24 hours. When I format the cell with [h]:mm, I can see the total correctly. But I want to calculate number of days by dividing this hours by 8. How do I do it?

I want to be able to protect the worksheet so that users can only enter into the data entry cells but also allow them to use the AutoFilter feature to quickly search through the records. When I set the protection feature I can not click on the AutoFilter arrows.

Is there a way to put in a formula for conditional formatting to say change the color of the text if cell A1 equal any of the value in the column AA? Column AA has about 500 rows with value. The value is the a 6 numerical digit. Thanks
