I work with very exact numbers, sometimes up to 7 significant figures after the decimal point, and I copy/paste this numbers from another program. My problem is that my comma separator appears as a decimal point and my decimal point is a comma, and sometimes the people i hand out ...

I set up excel so it will not display the reviewing tool bar but it keeps coming back. How do I make this stop? It is not a big thing but is something the drives me nuts. Thanks!!!

i am importing fixed width text file but cannot get leading zeros to come over and can't add decimal to left side of number when in excel. i.e. text file data = 0004

Simple but can not get this. I have just 12 cells need to pick out the minimum excluding 0. Tried =min(if(b1:b13<>0)) and entered as an arrary.comes back as error with 0 highlighted. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Scott
