My list allows 30 names from A7:A36 (this list should be copied to row B,
with a looping effect)
But if not all 30 cells are filled in (may only have 10 voulunteers to do a
job), how do I ust the formula  IF the cell in the next row  is empty, then

PRINT PREVIEW has been dropped from Excel-08 for Mac, except for going all
the way into the Print
Menu. Or am I missing something? Even the Excel Help seems to confirm this.

I have data on a worksheet, alphabetized by a certain column.  On another
worksheet, I would like to be able to create a drop down list to choose one
of these values.  then have that value, plus other values show up on the
worksheet.  

Sometimes when I do auto filter, the count or number of rows found in my
search appear on the bottom left corner as filter results.  Other times, even
though I think I'm doing the same thing, the results don't show.  How can I
get them all the time?
