I have 3 data columns, one returns the solution and need to be formatted to
be red or green depending upon the result, however, if col 1 is blank I would
like  the solution column to be unformatted or formatted white, eg col 1 =

Have column with multiple rows with differnet dollar amounts.  What I would
like to do is write a formula outlining a percentage for a dollar range:
$0 - $25,000 = 4%

I have column A Part numbers and column B corresponding price for the part

I want to send out an excel file to some people, but I dont want them to see
the column c.  I know how to hide a column, That is not what I need, I need
to have this column not accessible at all by the people who will receive this

on windows xp you could push f7 i think it was and the random numbers would
change so if doing a vlookup for example you would get different figures.
however in vista i cannot figure out how to do this. pleas help

When I click on a cell to enter data and then move the mouse after letting go
of the button wherever the mouse goes the cells highlight, you can only close
excel by shutting it down through task manger. Basically this has rendered
all my workbook useless. Any suggestions?

I have to put an excel file on a shared drive (I cannot set permissions on
the drive)and would like to be able to make sure that it cannot be deleted.  
Is there a way to protect the file?

When I use ActiveSheet.Copy  to copy the current sheet to another
sheet, all  the public variables or global variables are reset to 0,
anyway to avoid this or keep the public variables values when coping ?
