So I am trying to figure out how to combine, merge, or expand cells  so that
the following info remains together, even if I sort names alphabetically when

I have a date cell that I want formatted "January 1, 2008"; I want to pull

I'm using INSTREV to retrieve the location of a character in a string by
searching from the end of the string.
When I type the following in the immediate window:

I have a relatively simple model but when I try to use the goal seek function
it runs the maximum number of iterations and finally no solution comes up.
