When I ALT-TAB between two excel files at a fast pace (such as when copying
and pasting data from one spreadsheet to the other) the screens seem to
slightly twitch or randomly blink in some places, or sometimes certain chunks
of cells become white (best way I can describe it), ...

I am adding a boarder around some of my data and when I protect the sheet and
or workbook the boarders can still be changed. How do I lock a boarder from
being changed or removed once I protect the sheet and or workbook.

I am not sure why but when I creat a new workbook or worksheet it does not
allow me to choose the rows to repeat option in the setup. Is there an area
in the general setup that must be changed to enable this function? Thank you

After copying data from one workbook and trying to paste the same in another

OK... so I've got one page and need to print, let's say 10 copies... how do I
let it print a "page number" of 1 through 10? If I add a header, it prints
the same page number 10 times, so I'm a bit stuck.

how do i bring in tht next week friday's date in a particular cell .
say for eg., when im anywhere between 11th and 15th feb i should get date
22feb in that cell and so on.....

A1 and B1, in the cells I have two words, e.g. 'This' and 'Cell'.
is there a way of adding the contents of the cells with a formula, so that I
get the result in another cell, say, C1 - so it reads 'This Cell'?
