Range A4:A50 ... contains Text (may repeat)
Range D4:J50 .... contains numbers
Range A52:A57 ... contains "unique" Text from Range A4:A50

I regularly copy a particular sheet over to another workbook, but have to
click away a multitude of Names in that sheet when prompted by Excel (i.e.
whether to copy the names over to the new workbook or not). Is not my sheet,

"sent" mail and folders other than inbox into outlook.
Related, now using a blackberry. When I send an email from my blackberry
using that isp account, I cannot capture a copy in outlook.

I established a validation list for a cell and had the "In-cell" drop down
