How do I structure sumif commands based on a range of dates in an adjacent
column?

Okay. I had someone show me what to do (on office 2003 I think) but I cannot
get it to work on 2007.  I have a list I am trying to split with every other
number, odd and even.   The list in column A is about 460 words. In column B,
I was shown to do this....

The saved book opens, but nothing shows up. If I first open Excel and then
open the saved book - then all sheets shows up with it's content.
Why do I have to open Excel first on this pc?

The code below works for one Workbook.  Problem is, I copied the "Standings"
and a "Master Sheet" to a new Workbook with a different name "Region 2".

I upgraded from office 2000 to 2007- bad idea- without any problems for the
first months. Now, when I open or close EXCEL the CPU jumps to 50%+ and the
Applications shows Excel not responding. After a minute or so , the CPU drops

I just downloaded a Loan Amortization Schedule template. When I enter data in
the cells, I can only see it if I highlight the cells. How do I make the data
alway appear?

LNNNN LNNNN
where L = Letter & N = Number (with a space between the two sets)

i have created a three page spreadsheet but the spreadsheet now has 70+
pages.  i am trying delete all but my first three pages.  sorry for the
duplicate question.  My first Subject line was not clear.

When I type Mar-08 into any cell, the default day is 8-Mar-08.
Does anyone know why the default day is 8? and how can I change the default
day into 1?
