I created a Countif function to add totals from Column A.  =Countif(A:A,1).  
I have over 6000 entries and would like a way to Fill Down and have the
Criteria in my range automatically update from ranges of 1 to 295.  Is this
possible or do I need to create a Macro?

We have .csv files that are automatically created and then loaded into a
billing system.  Currently the users need to go into these .csv files to
analyse the data and make any necessary changes before the file is loaded
into the billing system.
