I've trying to do a countif on a range to count the number of records that
exceed the value in cell C2.
The value in C2 will vary so I can't just write that value into the formula.
Anyone know how to do this?

EG. My cell reference in Sheet1 is ='sheet2'!$A$2 but if a row is inserted on
Sheet2 above relevant row the formula changes to ='sheet2'!$A$3.
I want it to remain the original reference regardless of any changes on
Sheet2.
