and conditional formatting, etc... The raw data came from importing data from
an Access file, then several columns with calculated data. Everytime I change
a value in any rows, it takes forever to ...

I have a data table in my spreadsheet that I have used paste special in order
to stop the cells from recalculating when I hit F9.  Now I would like to undo
the paste special in order to recalculate, but not sure how to do this. Any

I need to create a custom data validation rule for an entire column to allow
the following data types only:
1. numbers greater than 0
2. Specific Letters: "c", "C', "N", and "n".

When I enter a VLOOKUP formula in a cell and then copy and paste it all the
way down the remainder of the column, it not only changes the cell of the
lookup value, it also changes the row/column of the table - array
