I am trying to figure out the number of months between a start date and the
current month. I am using the formula =DATEDIF(MONTH(TODAY()),G4,"m") but it
is giving me the wrong answer. Ex. the start date is Sep-07 and it is

How can I color rows based on the cell value of one cell in each row?  That
is, if I use conditional formatting to test the value of cells in column P, I
can color cells in that column with conditional formatting, but I want all

I had tried to import data from an access database.  It didn't work so I
delete the table and continued other tests.  I finally have thing setup the
way I need them but now when I iopen the spreadsheet it keeps giving me an
error about the initial data source.

This is a really annoying problem that shouldn't be this hard.  I have
a pivot table in which I want the font size to be 12.  However, when I
refresh the table or do anything to it the font size changes back to
ten.  Not all the cells change, which makes the report look strange
