My excel spread sheet contains 20,000 (20K) rows, it is large. The hidden rows 18,500 (18.5K) I have no use for them. How can I get rid of them and have a document with useful information?

A user wants to have a negative formatted with the minus sign AFTER the number. For example: 56.14- Can this be done? I need to have be a true number that can be used in a calculation such as adding up a column.
