I am training in Outlook 2000, and the exercise calls for me to find the "more buttons" button on the formatting toolbar. The toolbar is not available and I cannot find "more buttons" on the standard toolbar, the only one open. What do I do?

I am using a header to make my multi-page worksheet look nice when it is printed. Unfortunately, that header only shows up when I am working with the Excel document if I have the view set to Page Layout. That view does not work so good when I am working with the spreadsheet.
