I have created an Excel file for a group of people with one sheet protected. It appears that one of the supervisors unlocked the sheet and protected it with another password and now I can not unlock to fix a formula issue. I will have to redo this file.

When I hit the RETURN button in Word (2003) text then the first line of a text is (currently) always automatically indented. How can I turn off this "feature"? All lines should begin at the same column. This can be the first column or - alternatively -

I have a very big excel workbook with mulitple tabs. For some reason one of the tab will not group rows when I highlight them and go to Data, Group and Outline, Group. I can do it on other tabs of the workbook but not one specific tab. Any ideas why? Thanks

I set up a rule so that my primary email would download and be moved to a specific folder. When I reveive emails, the email goes into the specific folder and a copy remains in the Inbox. How can I set it up so this does not happen?
