How do I calculate two dates that will include the weekends?

Will Excel allow me to create a range using multiple worksheets in a
workbook?  For example, my workbook contains 4 sheets.  Can I setup my
function to count within all 4 sheets or will it only allow me to count

I'm working with a huge spreadsheet of over 20,000 rows.  I need a macro that
will copy the number in a cell down to the first cell with another number.  
In other words, cell A35 has, for example, 4500245842 in it.  A42 has

keep the formatting? I can get things to link, but blank cells turn into Os
and any cell color or merging cells is lost.
