I have a list of names with date of birth, how do I work out if today is someone's birthday? It may seem easy just to scan through the list to spot the right day, but I've got 15000 lines, so that's not really an option!

I have a workbook that I was able to add worksheets to and for some reason I can't add worksheets or rename current sheets any more. There has never been any protection added to the workbook. Does anybody know what has been done or happened to the workbook and know how to fix it?

I normally put comments in the top of row headings but my data is grouped and i want it to be more friendly so the user can click at a 1, or 2, or 3, and have an idea what they are about to view etc..what type of aggregation,hence I want to either relabel or add comments.
