In one column I have "M" or "W" and in the next column I have # representing
shoe sizes.  To get a shoe count I put in the formula  
=countif(d4:d145,m)+countif(e4:e145,#),  (the # sign represents the shoe size
I am trying to count).  The formula works good except if a shoe size ...

I've created an XLA file and saved it to the add in directory so that it
appears in the Add In list, and I can check it or uncheck it.
I can also close XL, then click directly on the XLA file, which opens up XL,
but I cannot see XLA file name on the title bar, only Book1.  And ...

I have a workbook that I was able to add worksheets to and for some reason I
can't add worksheets or rename current sheets any more. There has never been
any protection added to the workbook. Does anybody know what has been done or
happened to the workbook and know how to fix it?

I normally put comments in the top of row headings but my data is grouped and
i want it to be more friendly so the user can click at a 1, or 2, or 3, and
have an idea what they are about to view etc..what type of aggregation,hence
I want to either relabel or add comments.

Excel2003 ...
Range B4:B100 ... Contains random non-repeating "Text" numbers sorted in

could create a shortcut on the left part of the window to a file or folder.
