When reducing data to one page, the page(s) seem to continue to be attached
in Print Preview. What is the easiest way to reduce the document to the one
page (page 1) desired.

I would like to sort a list of company's by their profit margins.  Column A
contains the company name and B, the profit margin.  When I sort the profit
margins, the company titles do not rearrange with the sorted column B.

Problem:
I need to use validate entry data using a series of dependent lists.  For
example, in one instance the first Field (Field-A) is for Body Part (e.g.
UpperArm or Abdomen), which are stored in a series of vertical cells (List-A).

I've noticed that in some excel files the hyperlink function is active, but
in other files it is not active.  I haven't been able to figure out why some
files work and some don't.  Is there some sort of worksheet protection
feature that allows some editing but does not allow ...

How do I round off the result of a formula or links of adding the amounts in
different worksheets?

The row numbers down the left of the sheet seem to have been reduced to an
extremely small size. I cannot drag out to re size as you could a column/row,
have I hit a keyboard shortcut or selected a wrong option via Tools/Options?

Using MS Office Professional Edition 2003.
In MS Excel and MS Word, when I want to open a file (File - Open) the OPEN
box has the folders and files sorted in reverse alphabetical order (Z to A).  
How do I get them to sort in alphabetical order?

Is it possible to make items to apear in alphabetical order in a Drop Down
without doing the list in alphabetical order? Could someone help?
