I am working on a schematic of an engineering drawing and I would like to be able to have a picture of the piece of machinery pop up when I click a cell that referrences it on the schematic from a picture library on the Excel book I am in.

When I open Excel 2007, the ribbon and rows open with very 'wide' or 'tall' heights. I checked the row height and it opens, by default I guess, at 87.75 and the Formula Bar seems even larger. I do not have this issue in my other Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Thoughts?
