Is there a way to change the font case in Excel to all caps or all lower case? I need to sort a column and have mixed fonts that are interferring with my sort and I do not want to do this in Word. If not, is there a way to make Excel ignore font setting?

When I am viewing a worksheet in page break preview, I am able to move the solid blue line, but not the dashed blue line in Excel 2003. Can anyone explain to me why the dashed blue line will not move? and what the difference is between the solid and dashed blue lines are?

When I am working in a cell, how can I set it up so that when I hit 'Enter', the cursor will move right under the text in the current cell that I am working in, as it does in Word, instead of always going down to the cell below the cell that I am working in?
