I Have a worksheet which I am adding rows to as i get information in.
One of the columns is country, what I want to do is countif so i know the

transfers as 125.4 and 123.00 transfers as 123.

Welcome one and all to the most annoying Excel problem I have come across.
My problem is as follows, I have set up an Excel spreadsheet to help me pay
my credit card plus keep an eye on how long it will take to pay the balance

Back in June, I asked (under the heading "CELL FORMATTING WILL NOT WOK") how
to resolve a problem I was having applying date formats in Excel 2000.  A
lot of people offered help, and I spent many hours applying the various
solutions offered, all to no avail.

My spreadsheet is as follows:
