How do I remove duplicate emails after importing my inbox?
I switched from Outlook Express to Outlook, did an "import" in Outlook, and
now have two or more copies of everything. Is there an automatic way of
weeding out the ones that I don't need?

How do I hide completed tasks?
I now use Outlook 2003.  In earlier verisons (2000)there was an option to
show only active tasks, and to hide completed tasks.  
I need to save the complted tasks for reference, but I do not want to look

I have created a distribution list, obviously being sent to a group of
people.  I'm working in outlook 2003.  My problem is that when I try to
update the list by clicking on the "Update Now" button at the top right and I
get the message, "one or more members of this distribution ...

I accidently deleted ALL!!! my emails & contacts at once.
So I went to my 'Deleted Items' folder (they were there) to retrieve them.
I told it to move all of them to a new folder that I named "oops" until I
could sort them out. It said that it would take a while to perform, I said

How do i get outlook to keep my password
no matter how many tmes i re enter it, it gets lost the

I am using Win XP SP2 Home, OutLook Express 6 and IE 6.
I have made a web page using Notepad which is not published to the internet
yet.  When I send the page with the associated pictures to my friend or to

Mail window does not close after send using file send from Office 2003 app31 Jan 2005 19:41 GMT1
This happens when I send a file using OL2003 from another 2003 App - Word in
particular. The message does go to the outbox and sends fine but the message
window remains open. I have to close it manually. Any ideas?

folder for storage while deleting the copy in the sent box?

Notes:
We are migrating from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003, this is an
interorganizational migration.  The mail server will reside in the same
domain as the users who belong to the 2003 domain.  They accessed their email
