Has anyone subscribe to the new MSN Outlook Live service? I wish it had more than 2Gb of space. Are you able to upload/import you message from Outlook or Outlook Express? My OE message are 1.4Gb so would take an age to upload.

A client of ours is denying reciept of an e-mail we sent - we have a read receipt from them for the day after we sent our e-mail - is it possible they didn't receive the e-mail???

My clients are having trouble sharing Excel spreadsheets stored in Publick Folders in Outlook 2003 running on Exchange 5.5. Whoever saves the file last has all their changes saved, overwriting everyone elses. Any ideas?

Is it possible to find out if a person has read an email in Outlook 2002 without getting an email(read receipt) saying the person has read it? Would there be an option in the sent message that would tell that instead?

One of my users is telling me that when they try to create a new message the 'subject' and 'cc' are not available, apparently just not there at all. Using Office 2000. They're telling me they think they may have pushed a button but not sure which one!
