is an excellent addition to Outlook, yet I see no press about it other than
when MS first purchased it in July 2004. Is Microsoft going to promote it and

When a new email is opened, it disappears from the Inbox, and when message is
closed, the email is completely gone. New email has to be moved to a
different folder before opening in order for it not to be lost.

We have an annoying work colleague who puts a read receipt on every single
e-mail he sends.  How can we have Outlook ignore read receipts which are sent
to me?   The read receipt requests are making my Outlook box get bigger and
bigger unnecessarily

How do I eliminate those annoying "arrows" on the left side of the forwarded
message.  I used to know how to eliminate same; I thought it was under the
"options" folder but can't seem to locate it.  Help was no help - not sure
what the "arrows" are called in the Help menu....

outlook has blocked my access to a file attachment (Access database)in an
email.  The error message states that it is a potentially unsafe file.  How
do I unblock access to this file?

Outlook 2002 and 2003 print only the name and email address for each entry

I'm using windows small business server 2003 . I have a

When trying to delete an email which I am currently reading, outlook gives an
unknown eror and the entire program closes.  If I just delete the email from
my inbox without having the file open, it is deleted without any problem.

clients.  Then it connects and continues to work fine for a while.  We are
using Exchange 2000.  Some of the clients (laptops) are set to use offline
folders, others are not;  but none are set in cached mode ...

I have a message stuck in my outbox. The attachment is 12 MB. When I try to
open or delete the message from the outbox I get a response that I can not
because Outlook has already started transmitting the message.
