When my husband, using Word as his editor, sends email from an Exchange server to a pop recepient his emails show 3 image attachments - when opened these attachments are small boxes or dots. He didn't attach anything. He has tried removing normal.dot but this didn't work.

I now use Outlook 2003. In earlier verisons there was an option to show only active tasks, and to hide completed tasks. I need to save the complted tasks for reference, but I do not want to look at the clutter. How do I hide completed tasks?

I was working for a company and used my personal laptop to access the exchange server. I just deleted that connection and moved everything to a POP3 server. It's all working fine, except the address book. It's not reading my from my local .pst file. I can I fix this?
