We would like to setup outlook to automatically setup users profile when they

Does anyone know why my Suggest Names option keeps clearing itself?
Tools-> Options-> E-mail Options-> Advanced E-mail Options-> Suggest Names...
The Suggest Names option creates the .nk2 file, but every time I log back
into Outlook, the Suggest Names option has been cleared again ...

All of a sudden, I keep getting a password prompt.  It will not go away or
will not let me receive messages.  I have tried everything.  Please help

on my Outlook i have a sent items folder but any emails that i am sending are
not going into that folder so that i may view them. How do i get my emails
that i am sending to be directed to the SENT ITEMS folder so that i have a
copy of that email saved?

We are three people using a shared mailbox. How can we create an archive for
