Our Exchange Server 2000 SP3 Shows strange memory usage behaviour. We have only 1GB of memory I admit, but it reports it uses 1.3GB in the performance tab of task manager wile the memory usage count of all processes does not go above 800MB.

Is it possible to "reconfigure" the outlook address book to display additional information (such as telephone number) along with the e-mail address .

How do you change the settings for opening attachements? When I open an attachement, it always comes up in note view. I have to go to View on the toolbar and click Normal view to make it change. Is there some sort of way to change this permanently?

NT Server Fax program creates a tif in the confirmtion of the fax being sent. Outlook now (since XP Service Pack 2) prohibits me from looking at the fax. This is ridiculous and must be changed.
