I have inserted old email messages into messages (almost like an attachment) as a reference using outlook 2000. I believe this was done by clicking insert, then item, which would then take me to email folders. i do not have an 'item' to click on in 'insert' field. i know this ...

I use Outlook 2003 tasks to remind me to do tasks at specific times (radical, eh!?) and it would be useful to include shortcuts to the applications/files used in the tasks. Unfortunately, Outlook won't allow me to add the link for 'security'
