Is it possible set to default to save as msg format? Or do it with VBA programming in Outlook or any another way to do so. Becuase my user always forget to change the file type to outlook Message Format (msg), just save as text or html,

When I reply to a message in Outlook 2003 and then click "send" the message shows up in the outbox but is not sent, even after hitting "send/recieve".

My Outlook is 2002 and I am running Exchange 5.5 SP4 on a Windows 2000 Server (SP4). I added a mailbox to my profile to access some cell phone contacts to synch up with a cell phone. I moved the Contacts list to my mailbox and synched the phone with the folder.

Certain items in my incoming mail is suddenly being delivered to my deleted items folder. Is there a way to check to see if this is happening because of a rule being mis-applied?

I have sent up rules for each email account for their seperate mail box but one of the conditions keeps change on one of the accounts. Basically the mail is delivered to the wrong folder even after modifying the rule. Any suggestions?
