We are using exchange server 2003 as our mail platform. I'm trying to send an attachment bigger than 15 MB. Outlook 2k3 responds with: "the operation failed" When trying from outlook web access it responds with "resource not found"

Outlook 2000 under windows 2000 I was working with the folder list in the left pane and clicked on the Calendar icon. I belive I may have inadvertnely dragged the calendar icon into the deleted items icon. At any rate the calendar icon is no longer
