Could there be a feature added that allowed a list of subjects to be stored
and accessed for frequent mailings with the same subject?

Include a tool to automatically deal with Spam email (eg a wizard).
This might include the previous suggestions to allow you to include specific
text as part of a rule.
But the main purpose would be to analyse the email and create a notify email

When sending attachments (Word, Excel or PDF files) some of the recipients
are not receiving the attachment.  Why is this happening and what settings do

I am using XP Pro w/ Office 2003.  I had Outlook 2000 on my desktop, exported
my entire personal folder to a PST, stored it on a flash drive, then imported
that file onto my laptop's Outlook 2003.  It seemed to go smoothly and I
think all my data transferred successfully, but ...

Why do outlook show both names and adresses in the "to" line? When sending to
more persons their mail adresses will be shown to everyone. Is there any way
how the mail-adresses could be hidden?

Is there a maximum for mail marked as Junk?  I've marked mail several times
as junk but more mail from same sender is still getting through.
