I have three different mail profiles setup, however one of them is

Not sure how to describe this.  I have a user that has read all messages
under a public folder that contains a subdirectory and a calendar yet the
public folder illustrates a (2) next to it's name.  Everything has been read
including everything within the subfolder and calendar.

I have many email folders in OL2003.  Is there a way to customize them all
at once?  I don't like the default customization and so far it looks like I

I had a system/rule where I had certain colleagues emails (from, subject, et
al) in my inbox color-coded so I could easily scan who was mailing me.
