Problem Starting Microsoft Office Outlook 200330 Jan 2005 03:41 GMT1
intermittently get the following message when I attempt to start Outlook
2003.. "Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook.  Unable to open Outlook
Window.  The set of folder can not be open.  The server is not available.
Contact your administrator if this problem persists.
