I have been receiving emails from one particular subject and when I print the email it prints in very small font. I can't see to change it on my end. Could it be an issue on their end? This isn't happening with any other subject.

I am using Office 2003 on a Windows XP Professional computer. Every so often (10-15 minutes), my Outlook crashes and displays the usual "Serious Error.. now closing" message. After a crash, event log displays the following entries:

Howdy, I have a user who has managed to really screw up his archived pst file. Some of his emails, he has 10 copies of, all identical, same time and date etc, in most cases it is just 3 to 4 times. This pst file is 3.7 gigs, too

I am using Outlook 2002 SP3, Windows Mobile 5.0 and ActiveSync 4.2. I deleted some appointments using Windows Mobile Calendar on my smartphone. When I synched with Outlook the appointments were deleted but the dates are still bolded.

Outlook 2003 - When a user sends a message, usually with an attachment, the composed message window does not close after the message is Sent. The user has to manually close the window. In a firm with @80 employees, this is isolated to one user.

FYI, steps I took to fix problem. Start> Search> All Files & Folders (Click "More Advance Options" check mark the Hidden Files & Folders) Enter scanpst.exe in the search window, select drive C:, click search.
