I just archived 1 GB of data from my outlook.pst file (into an archive.pst
file).
Why is the file size for the outlook.pst file listed in Windows Explorer
(e.g. C:\documents and settings\) still appear the same?  The file size seems

I have always used Import or Export in MSOffice Pro2003, but I just had to
re-install the program and the Import function is there, but does not
execute the Import command.
What could possibly be the problem?

I have recently upgraded all of my users to Outlook 2003 and setup exchange
functionality to their outlook clients.  I have one user that I am having
issues with:

After running the Scanpst.exe file (found 2 errors) and a Disk Defrag  I
still get the error with PST run the ScanPST.exe. message.
Based on a few other posts it appears that I'm out of luck ... Is there any
way to recover the data on that .pst file? How do i know it's the correct ...

My boss wants to make the text on the messages that he has flagged the same
color as the flag.  I have done this through the automatic formatting under
organize, but when I get to the orange flag, there is no color orange in the
font color drop down box.  

For some reason Outlook has suddenly started printing emails using a very
small, almost unreadable, font size. This problem started a few days ago, I

Hi. I'm using Outlook 2003 and I want to import a .pst file. When I click on
File, Import & Export, then select "Import from another program or file" and
click the Next button, nothing happens. The dialog box just sits there. The
same problem occurs if I choose "Export to a file".

I have changed companies.  I think my new company is using an older Outlook
version.  How do I attach my old PST file to this computer?

for outlook 2003 trying to view attached pictures as imbeded in email as per
outlook express - instead of having to use picture manager - if sereval
pictures have to open picture manager for  each attachment.

When Outlook goes to get my email off the pop server, it isn't appearing in
my inbox even though it is sending mail normally.  It pulls the messages off
the server (i can no longer access them through the web portal), but they
don't appear in my inbox.  where are they going?  ...

I installed OL 2007 Beta 2. Installaiton went fine but when I started
outlook, it shut down. I removed all datafile expcet exchange and it worked
for one day. Once again, it is doing the same thing. It is automatically
shuts down soon after I start.

While reading the many posts over the last 3 days including my own, the
messages suddenly updated properly.  
Maybe it's working again.  (I haven't done anything to my Outlook 2003 since
the security updates on the 10th that were the beginning of the problem)

After I send and receive there is a huge delay before i can use the program..
when i receive like 200 emails theres a 30 min wait at least before the
program can be used.  Its not frozen, it seems to be going through the emails
because an envalope keeps flashing in the corner.  ...
