I'm trying to understand if it is possible to create a program that
overrides the outlook dial funcationality.
Basically I want the dial action, to reach through to a web page rather
than go through TAPI.

I am currently trying to open an Microsoft Access document that was sent to
me from a student in my class.  The Outlook software is blocking this

I have two messages that seem to be stuck in the outbox of my outlook xp
They probably are too big but I can' delete, move, or send any other mail.  
When I try to delete them it says the mapi spooler has started.  What should

Emails to my inbox also get written to my root directory.  The file names
are like "s1ko.9".  Looks like the data in the file is the header information
and the message itself.  How do stop the messages from being written to my

I am running 4 e-mail accounts over one broadband connection.  On one of
them, I am getting intermittent send and receive.  ALL the e-mails notionally
sent show 0B in the Sent Items folder.  Some arrive at destination, some
