Hello, i have an issue with a client who uses Outlook 2003.
They send attachments to their clients, and in the last three months, any
time they send an attachment, the receipient receives 10-85 copies of the

I copied some email messages to a thumb drive to read on another PC, but I
get the message that the files cannot be opened because they don't exist
(they do), or I don't have permission (I'm logged on as admin).

Somehow my junk e-mail folder size has been set to zero.  Result is that spam
filter with "high" setting automatically deletes the occasional important
message.  How do I reset the size of the folder?

We have always used Outlook but when we returned home after a holiday, we
