Whenever i try to open my Outlook program it gives me the following message:
The connection to the microsoft exchange server is unavailable. Outlook needs
to be online or connected to finish this action. After I click ok the
following box appears: Microsot exchange Server: ...... ...

I can't figure it out!!!!! I have outlook 2003 which I use for email, it
works great for a while and than stops, says receiving emails and never does.
I have to reset it with bellsouth, pop 3, a couple times and it will start
receiving messages again, then usually last about half ...

Every time I delete an email from my in box, or delete a contact from my
contact list, I get this error: Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem
and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience. Then I can either
send or not this to Microsoft. What is going on? Thanks.

I installed Spambayes, but was not too impressed, so I uninstalled it.
However the toolbar icons remained and I found I could untick a box to get
rid of that.

I bought a new computer and I have microsoft outlook 2003 on both my old and
new pc's... I need to transfer all my emails and contacts into the new pc in
the exact order (by date) that they are on the old pc... is this possible?

I had to install a new hard drive and want to restore the settings and

Rather than use the normal delete function for a mail in my InBox (and then I
have to permanently delete selected items from my Deleted Items folder) ...
I'd like to selectively Permantently Delete (move them right to that recovery
folder) items in my InBox.

I want to know how to permantly delete items that have been emptied from my
deleted items folder.  I see that option on one of my accounts but cannot
find it on another.  Thanks.

Has anyone expeienced an issue with some, not all emails being received
