An email message with an attachment (Word) is sent to 2 users.
When a user opens the attachment, it takes 5 seconds to get it opened. It is
the same when this user uses different PCs to open it. But the other user can
open it right away from his mailbox. Any idea?

I have this problem for a while but didn't have time to deal with it and its
very frustrating. Until this week, I had spent 3 days to look for solution
and almost tried everything except reinstall XP but still cannot solve the
problem.

I'm looking for some troubleshooting ideas.
I have a user using Outlook 2003.  In his profile, he has a pop/smtp
account pointing at the company that hosts our email.  We do have an
Exchange server that has the mailboxes that the popped mail goes to.

when we send a particular attachment (word file) stops sending that mail.
mail goes to sent items folder and gets deleted immediately. other

I just seitched to Roadrunner and can not get my Outlook 2002 email to send
outbound messages.  I get the following error:  550 5.7.1 Relaying denied.  
Roadrunner is no help and I have tried everything.  Anyone else have

I'm able to send messages from my yahoo account using Outlook 2003, however,
I'm unable to receive them.  When I do the test setting, it sends to my yahoo
account, however, it doesn't come through to my Outlook.  Please help!
