I have made a basic template and saved it in templates -  forms - How do I
set this template as default so when evr i send an email it uses my template.

I have a strange problem with Outlook 2003 sp2
Every 2/3 hours or so the mail in the inbox disappears. You can see the mail
disappear. Like somebody is deleting it manualy. Only one user has this
problem.

In Lotus notes you have a message minder. (means notes is not open but the
system identifies a mail in the inbox and shows an icon in the taskbar to
mind you)

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 connected to a Microsoft Exchange Server

I sometimes work from home and would like to do the same. However, at

I want a copy of a colleagues calander in my outlook
I set access permissions for myself in their calander
I can access the calander via Open>Other Users Folder Enter their name
What I can't figure out is just how to add their calander  to my outlook

In one of my public folder i got an spam mail. I'll marked it for deletion,
deleted it
and whoops the whole public folder was empty. I did not mark all messages
and deleted it. I could not use the backup. Please help

How is it possible that Outlook puts the wrong return address in some of my
emails?
When I look in my 'SENT' folder it tells me that it has sent from the

I'd set up a brand new laptop running XP with office 2000 and Outlook
2000 is running slow.  It seems that every 30 seconds Outlook will
freeze up for about 2-3 seconds at a time.  When this happens, I can't

I'm trying to attach a word document that is titled in Chinese. I am
using Windows XP, and Office 2000 Professional. When I try to attach a
document that has a Chinese filename, I keep getting the error message
"The file name, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect"

I'm getting emails from my parents that have exe files attached and outlook
blocks them from being downloaded.

When I click on a hyperlink in outlook 2003, it takes 30 seconds for it to
connect to Internet Explorer 7.
On my other computer the result is the same except it is running IE 6.

550 sorry, your HELO/EHLO greeting must resolve (#5.7.1)
I receive OK and have tried to delete and remake the email address on my
website host. Can anyone help?
